Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using grivara.com and the Grivara platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Service Description

Grivara provides AI-powered claims operations software for insurance carriers, TPAs, and health plans. The platform includes specialist AI agents, fraud detection, compliance workflows, and human-in-the-loop approval gates. All AI recommendations require human approval for consequential decisions.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable insurance regulations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform. You may not use the Services to process claims in bad faith or circumvent governance controls.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, models, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Grivara and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of claims data, policy documents, or other content you process through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Grivara provides AI-assisted recommendations, not final claim decisions. All consequential actions (denials, SIU referrals, reserve adjustments) require human approval. Grivara is not liable for decisions made by human operators using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grivara's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to export your data. We may suspend access immediately if you violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
