Marvin leads the technical team and ships the product. Karol leads distribution and carrier success — turning pilots into renewals across LATAM.

I want every adjuster who opens a Grivara claim to feel like the system has already done the homework — agents, evidence, governance, and a clear next action — without ever wondering what the model is hiding.

Marvin leads the technical team and owns the product end-to-end. He architected Grivara's specialist agent fleet, governance harness, and fraud graph from first principles, and he still writes the code that ships into pilot carriers on Monday morning.

He sets the engineering bar, runs the technical hires, and pairs daily with the team on the systems that decide reserves, denials, and SIU referrals. Where most AI startups treat governance as a deck slide, he treats it as production infrastructure — every output explainable, every override audited, every model swap reviewable before it lands in a carrier's tenant.

Karol García Figueroa

A pilot is not a sale, and a sale is not a successful deployment. My job is to take a carrier from the first conversation to the moment their adjusters cannot imagine working without us — and to keep them there.

Karol owns distribution and carrier success across LATAM. She runs the motion that turns a first conversation into a signed pilot, a signed pilot into production usage, and production usage into a renewal — with carrier operations teams that pick up the phone when she calls.

She is the founder our carriers see most: walking adjusters through their first decision packet, pressure-testing rollout plans with COOs, and feeding the field back into the roadmap so that what Marvin's team ships next is what an actual claims floor will use on Monday.
